At Ananda Belts, we stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unaltered belt within 30 days for a full refund—no hassle, no questions asked.

Submit return request, you request to exchange items or a refund, and we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can correct the issue right away.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In addition, we offer a 1 year guarantee on the functionality of all our products. If your belt stops functioning or breaks, we’ll replace it. While normal wear and tear (especially with leather) is expected, our belts are designed to last. If you experience premature wear or a manufacturing defect, rest assured—we've got you covered.
